Returns & Refunds Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us here. Returns should not be sent back without prior authorization.

Return requests approved for eligible items will include instructions on how and where to send your package. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged, defective, or sent in error.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please also inspect cut length, color, and quantity upon delivery and contact us promptly with any concerns.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless defective or sent in error:

  • Cut fabric and cut-to-order yardage
  • Pre-cuts (fat quarters, jelly rolls, layer cakes, charm packs, etc.)
  • Patterns and books
  • Opened notions
  • Custom or special-order products
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Because fabric is cut specifically to customer order, all cut fabric sales are final.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return an eligible item (if approved), and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund is approved.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
