About Quiltfield:

Quiltfield grew out of a shared appreciation for fabric and design.

Michelle has spent much of her career around fabric and sewing. She has managed fabric stores in San Francisco, Portland, and Las Cruces, and worked as the costume designer for the Portland Ballet. She is an avid sewist and quilter with decades of experience working with textiles.

Chris began his career in set decorating for film and television before moving into advertising and, later, e-commerce in Asia for major lifestyle brands.

Together, they created Quiltfield to bring a thoughtful selection of fabrics and quilting resources to El Paso, while also sharing American quilting goods with customers in Asia.
